Payment & delivery

International orders are not paid on the website — payment is made based on an issued invoice after the order is placed. The invoice will be sent to your email address, and you can complete the payment through PayPal using your bank card.

DELIVERY COUNTRIES:

SHIPPING COST:
For orders shipped outside the Russian Federation, a fixed delivery cost is applied — 25 $. This rate is uniform and does not depend on the weight of the shipment or the destination country. The stated cost includes a tracking service and the standard delivery period. The total amount, including delivery, is displayed at the order checkout stage.

DELIVERY SERVICES:
International delivery is handled by national postal services.

DELIVERY TIMES:
The estimated delivery time for most international orders is approximately 3–4 weeks, based on data from recent shipments. The seller is not responsible for delivery times or delays caused by customs procedures.

Bank cards

Bank cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted for international orders. Payment is processed through PayPal: after placing an order, you’ll receive a payment link via email. Click the link to pay directly with your bank card within the PayPal system.
PayPal

Cashless payment is accepted via PayPal for international orders. An invoice will be issued in US dollars (USD) and sent to the email address provided with your order. PayPal payment is not available in Russia. To ensure the seamless processing of international orders, the invoice will be issued to the recipient via Kazakhstan.

When making a payment, the transaction is processed on a secure page of a certified processing system. Your data (card number, registration details, etc.) are fully protected and not shared with third parties, including the online store, during the purchase.
The international PCI DSS security standard, developed by the payment systems Visa and MasterCard, is applied, ensuring reliable data protection. Information transfer is carried out via secure protocols: TLS, Verified by Visa, Secure Code, MIR Accept, and private banking networks.
